- •Enabled instant deployment via a single-line embed script pasted into a site’s header, surfacing a branded chatbot that answers visitors strictly from that merchant’s uploaded knowledge base.
- •Engineered a FastAPI backend (Router-Service-Repository) with EdDSA JWT verification against a Better Auth JWKS endpoint, strict multi-tenant data isolation, and a Qdrant-backed RAG ingestion pipeline verified by 86 automated tests.
